"25" January 2013 Private Joint Stock Company "ASNOVA HOLDING" received from the Private Joint Stock Company "Ukrainian Securities Depository" consolidated accounting registries of securities holders as of "24" January 2013 in which:
- in the account of holder of registered securities "individual", which opened with the Custodian of PJSC "Credit Agricole Bank" (Registration Code: 14361575), there was a reduction in the number of ordinary shares from 2,512 units, representing 20.933% of the voting shares in charter capital, up to 2,306 units of shares, representing 19.217% of the voting shares in the charter capital of the company.
