HR-brand award – an independent annual award for the most successful work on building reputation of the company as an employer. Since 2006 the ceremony has been held in Russia, and this year it was conducted for the first time in Ukraine.
The Jury, consisting of 11 experts from various branches and guided by the requirements put forth to effective HR strategy all around the world, appraise the projects implemented in 2011 in Ukraine.
Owners of the best HR-brands in the nominations "Capital", "Region" and "Ukraine" are defined by voting.
The ceremony of winners awarding took place in Kiev on the 18 November.
SAVSERVICE project “A mutual result is a contribution from everyone!”, realized in Zhitomir branch of the company, received an award of the third degree. Main objectives of the project: to improve quality of interaction between departments and to increase overall performance/ operating efficiency of the personnel and business processes.
More than 30 companies from various spheres of business were nominated for the HR-brand of the year award. Among them - Ernst and Young, Microsoft, Adidas Ukraine, UKRAVTO, SKM, TNK, JTI, MTS Ukraine, ProCreditBank, Kyivstar, Procter & Gamble Ukraine, SUN InBev Ukraine and others.
