We are open for initiative, creative experts aspiring to professional growth. Replacement of vacancies is made on the basis of competitive selection taking into account all requirements and prospects of development of the organization.

The selection system in the companies of our holding consists of the following stages:

  • questionnaire;
  • testing;
  • interview with HR-specialist;
  • interview with the head of structural division.

Selected candidates are invited to the company for a trial period and pass a complex of actions for adaptation. Duration of a trial period is two months. As agreed it can be prolonged or reduced in cases of decision-making on employment or mismatch of the candidate to company requirements. The candidates, who have successfully completed a trial period, are accepted for a permanent work.
