Since 2002, ESMA has been providing rental services for businesses, creating comfortable conditions for their Clients’ activity.

The company’s warehouses and administrative premises total 35,000 m2.

In 2011 it was the 140 years anniversary of ESMA’s establishment.

The main type of services provided by ESMA is warehouses/office rental.

All premises meet modern requirements:

• Rooms are equipped with heating, conditioners, modern lighting etc.;
• All buildings are equipped with structured cable network, automatic telephone system, Wi-Fi access to the Internet;
• Major repairs and replaced windows, floors, roof using modern materials have been undertaken;
• Necessary modernization of warehouse and cargo handling premises has been done;
• The surrounding area, the car park and vehicle maneuvering area are fully asphalted;
• Fire and security alarm systems are installed.

ESMA also renders additional services:

• Heat supply for third-party organizations;
• Repair and refurbishment work;
• Cleaning of leased premises;
• Security activity.
